It's that time! 652's (Cub Scout Pack & Boy Scout Troop) Winter Cabinnininin Weekend at Allegany State Park.
This is a family event so family members are encouraged to come have a great time.
$25/person for the weekend includes meals for Friday evening, all meals on Saturday and the Sunday morning meal.

Knife Safety - Handling your knife
Tool Safety - Workarea setup, Hatchet handling, Ax handling
Fire Safety - Prepping for a fire
Fire Building - Bring your fire starting kit if you have one! Locating fire starting materials in the woods. For those handling knives they'll be helping to process materials.
We usually go hiking (possibly geocaching) and setup some cover in the woods and have some warm drink in the woods.
If there is enough snow we go sledding.
Indoor activities
Boardgames
They have a handful of boardgames at the main lodge.
Electronics Tear Down
When we're indoors we'll be doing some electronics tear down so if you have some old computer, tablet, phone, speakers, radios or other electronics then please bring it in for some fun disassembly. Note to Parents: Please bring screwdrivers and any torx if you have them.
